"State Farm customer service gave me his name. After seeing his 5 star rating I decided to call his office at 9:30 am. I explained to person on phone that I wanted to change my agent.He was with a client and I was told he would get back to me before end of day. I did not hear from him so I called 45 minutes before closing and left a message. That was 3 days ago and still no return call. I am questioning the 5 star rating. I guess after almost 40 years with State Farm my business with this agent does not matter. I read the reviews again and noticed they were about office staff and not so much about him. Shame on Josh."
