"State Farm customer service gave me his name. After seeing his 5 star rating I decided to call his office at 9:30 am. I explained to person on phone that I wanted to change my agent.He was with a client and I was told he would get back to me before end of day. I did not hear from him so I called 45 minutes before closing and left a message. That was 3 days ago and still no return call. I am questioning the 5 star rating. I guess after almost 40 years with State Farm my business with this agent does not matter. I read the reviews again and noticed they were about office staff and not so much about him. Shame on Josh."
"Hi Debby, I’m truly sorry for the frustration this experience has caused you. Your business and time matters, whether you’ve been with State Farm 40 years or 40 days. This week it sounds like we missed the mark. We do our best to return calls promptly and set the right expectations. Unfortunately I was with clients at the time of your call and have been in and out of the office. For that reason I have a team in place to answer questions when I’m not available. I would like to clarify the situation on our end. Our office does not handle agent transfers directly as that is processed by your current agent or State Farm’s corporate team. Yes, many of the reviews are of my team and that’s by design. I make sure they run the office when I’m not there because they are an extension of me and the service I strive to provide every day. Again I would like to apologize for your experience. I have notified your current agent to contact you to help correct the situation. Thank you! "
